Foreword
Two years have passed since humanity achieved final victory over the alien Neuroi threat. The world is rebuilding, slowly healing, but all is not well. Political and economic crisis grips the nations which had been so terribly brutalized by war that some now search for other means to ease the pains of reconstruction. In Britannia the ace witch Lynette Bishop is recalled to serve her county once again, in order to undertake a daring secret mission far, far away from home.
